I've been working with Topline Ventures for just over 12  months & am exceedingly satisfied with the organizations integrity and customer service.  Offering Sitebuilder-authored websites is our prime business & our "topline" has increased over 500% from year-to-year.

Just a quick note to say thanks for your help & support during our new product launch. It's great to work with someone who understands our market and the nuances of a web-hosting company!  We are now live and the initial reaction from users seems to be good - we've had a lot of positive comments from customers and resellers are particularly excited about being able to immediately provision a custom branded site builder for their customers.

The first thing I can say is you guys are very very good to work with. Since you are east coast and I am west there have been MANY nights you helped me solve problems (most caused by me) way past "normal" business hours. You and Greg both seem to understand that I am a small business, one person, working two jobs to get this hosting/design biz off the ground.
 
In addition to this kind of personal touch from Topline you have asked for and ACTED upon feedback from your clients. You have involved us in product development and problem solving and communicated our needs to Trellix. You have been our spokesperson when our voices could have been left unheard. This is rare in today's market.
 
The only downside in this experience for me has been the lack of support for Macintosh OS. As we have discussed, there is a virtually untouched market out there of loyal Mac users that would really like to be able to use the SiteBuilder Tool in it's entirety and they cannot. The flip side of the tool's lack of support for Mac is that TOPLINE has worked beyond all reasonable expectations to do what they can to accomodate my company and it's desire to stay a Mac House.
 
In summary, it is my opinion that without Topline Ventures I would still be struggling to get my business off the ground. By bringing this tool to the "average Joe" you have put the power of the internet in the hands of all Small to Medium Businesses.
