Minimum Monthly Fees

What does Monthly Minimum Fee mean?
- You will be charged at least this amount every month (eg: $100/mo for Express).
- If your usage is low (eg only 3 users) you'll still be charged the minimum.
- Once your usage charges grow beyond the minimum, you'll be charged only for
your usage amount.
- The minimum is not added onto your usage amount. For example if you have 30 SiteBuilder 100 users in
a month, your monthly charge will be $5 x 30 = $150
- The minimum is different for each level of service (see price chart).
Why is the Minimum Fee necessary?
- The minimum helps cover technical support even for small volume customers.
- Covers new software versions even when your volumes are low.
Why is the Minimum Fee better?
- The alternative woud be to have technical support fees and upgrade fees for
new versions.
- The advantage is the minimum fee effectively "goes away" as your volumes pick up
where support or upgrade fees would not.
When do they get charged?
- The first minimum fee is for the month after you sign up. So
if you sign up in June, your first fee is at the end of July.
- Then at the end of each month the minimums are automatically charged to your Credit Card via PayPal.
- You can cancel at any time, there is no long term commitment.
