Our Pay as you Go pricing model means that you're only paying for
the number of users active that month. First you select your Level of Service, then you'll just have the monthly
usage fees for the users you activate each month.
Level of Service
We have three service levels depending upon the advanced features
you need for integration into your environment. For most of our customers the Express level provides
everything they need: private labeled, all feature levels, you set all pricing.
PRO is for larger hosts with higher volumes
and gives API access for tight integration into your customer management systems and the potential for custom
bundles and discount pricing.
Custom allows for extensive customization
of SiteBuilder or SiteCreator environment.

Technical Support You provide your customers
with support and Topline provides you (the hosting provider) with 2nd line technical support. Unlimited email support is included
in the price of the monthly user fees and provides you with our Business Day (M-F 9-5 EST) email and website support service
for any issues that you have. Premium Support is also available and provides you with 24/7/365 telephone and email access
plus 4 hour response time for an additional $500/month.
